Q. What are your order minimums?
A. Just one shirt! Whatever idea you can think of we can put it on a tee.
Q. Do you offer any other services?
A. Yes, we are here for all of your apparel needs. We offer not only Direct To Garment printing, but also screen printing, embroidery, vinyl, and more.
Q. When can I expect my awesome new t-shirt be delivered?
A. Your order will be started during the next business day after payment is received, and may take up to 48 hours to ship. The shipping times represent how long the order will take to be delivered once it leaves our warehouse.
Q. Can you priority ship to a P.O. Box?
A. Negative. U.S. Postal Priority cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO addresses. If you enter a P.O. Box or an APO address for these shipping options, we will ship your order via our standard shipping option.
Q. What types of payment do you accept?
A. We gladly accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover and Paypal. We also take debit and check cards as long as they are associated with a major credit company.
Q. Is there sales tax on my order?
A. No, you do not have to pay a U.S. sales tax if you’re in the U.S. Unfortunately, customs and some countries outside of the U.S. sometimes place a steep tax on packages arriving from the U.S. It’s out of our control, but we can note your package as a “GIFT.” We have also dropped shipping costs to help reduce costs in these instances.
Q. Help! I never got my order confirmation.
A. After submitting your order, you will receive a confirmation e-mail from us. This confirmation is sent within minutes after an order is placed. If you do not receive it, please email us at info-sales@mycustom-tshirt.com and let us know you didn’t get the confirmation. Be sure to provide your full name, e-mail address and street address used in the order as well as the order date.
Q. Did my order ship? Where’s my stuff?
A. After your order ships, you’ll receive an e-mail from us confirming the shipment. If you feel that your order has not been received in the proper timeframe, please contact info-sales@mycustom-tshirt.com. We kindly ask that, should this be the case, you let us know no later than three (3) weeks after ordering.
Q. Can I cancel my order?
A. Well, we’re not sure why you’d want to, but a new order can easily be cancelled or changed if the production process has not yet begun. If you would like to change your order, please contact our customer service department by phone before your order begins production. Once it begins production, you can no longer make any changes.
